I have worked here for 6 months and have to leave because of a full time oppurtunity . They are very friendly staff. especially Srikanth, he help you at every aspect. Guys when you give bad reviews please think before, you joined this place knowing it is good. No one ever join any place when they serve bad. You joined because somebody told good about it. somebody will tell good, when it is really good. So stop complaining about everything. 1. Talking about salary, they do it as everyone else in market do, they pay you correct. 2. Not applying H1 if you dont have a job in march, yes this is how it works else where(except if you are a full timer). Srikanth is not being safe, he is keeping everyone one of us safe. if you apply h1 without job(client letter*), it might be denined even after it got picked in lottery. I saw a situation with my friend in same counsultancy, whose h1 was filled -picked in lottery and was denined after that for not getting a client letter. 3. you(bad review posters) are talk of something really wrong about *** on resumes with experience. do you really think you are capable of getting something better than this. if so you could have not really be looking for counsultancies. 4. guest house- i was in guest house too, it is not your home to expect things to happen super fast. you have to be with so many other guys, so have to adjust. If you be clean and hygine it reflects in surroundings. it is you responsibility to keep place clean. you cant expect things to be same when you are with 10+ members as things are when you are with 2 or 3. 5. Food- Srikanth does provide with all food material, all should be in coordination to cook food, then there will be ample groceries and no wastage. 6. Carrieer- You are no way wasting your carrier, it is all you learn- the basics which are mandatory. In your(bad review posters) case- you dont learn anything because you keep complaining all time about all things. i personally learned basics here. Srikanth treat everyone as family- that is we call him srikanth anna instead of srikanth sir. if this really a bad cousultancy, why would 130+(OPT,H1&GC) employees still work for srikanth. Finally just remember, if a shirt from a cloth store does not fit you, it is not the store mistake, it is you who have to find a shirt of your size. instead blaming the shirt that you choose.

On the other hand, does that mean you are keeping up a Personal Relationship? what is the purpose for it? Point-4: Going to the Guest House, do you think the Consultants are Homeless or Something? IS it the way to maintain a Company Guest House? We are here for a white Collar Job. You won't allow to do Part Time Jobs outside, you won't bring groceries, You won't pay the most recent month pay, individuals ought not strive for Full time, You will state some senseless stories that you will train individuals taking to office(I won't specify the name that you put for this preparation, so that no Consultant's Career ought to be influenced later), you yourself will state "I have the fear that Consultant will leave in the event that I prepare you", by what means would it be a good idea for us to trust you? Srikanth gave alot of bad review on my personal and professional life to my parents. He said to my parents to send me to India.He will not pay salary properly. He is not even doing marketing for people properly. No Proper food.Lot of students in the guest house.I got frustated with his bad behaviour. He is torturing the students. Black Listed firm Read about them, it's everywhere in Google fraud and black listed consultancy.This company lies about everything and wants to take the last penny from you. they suck your last blood.If you decide to move on in your life for the betterment of your career, they'll try to pull you down in any way they can.They have held my 2 months of salary despite completing all the exit formalities with notice period of 2 weeks.

The Highly dangerous consultancy..Fraud

Very very bad consulting company,They bring students and house them in a guest house like 15 in one house. Train them, cook up resumes like 7 years experience for people that have 0 years of experience, fake interviews and the list goes on. This company does nothing but fraud,Shame on owner Srikanth. He has mastered the art of conning people This guy should be in jail. it has very bad track record, They do not pay salaries on time. They do not sponsor H1b's GC's and make false promises.This employer has very crude mentality.The Highly dangerous consultancy in whole united states , people please beware of it.

I requested code ace for amendment. Code ace with drew just after I requested to share the H1 pick receipt details.

I have to struggle for H1 again this year. I lost a month's salary and a H1 pick ( there is a mistake on my end and there is a mistake on code ace end as well which code ace doesn't even agree now.)
